Our guided driving tour features often-overlooked Black history markers in the Golden Isles. This tour is a listening and learning tour designed to provide cultural immersion. This tour demonstrates the contrast between life in the Golden Isles before and after the Civil War for Blacks. It is our hope that this tour provides you with the opportunity to learn more about the people and places, the hardships, and the accomplishments that make Black history in Golden Isles so important.
