Embark on a captivating guided tour of the Tchoupitoulas Art Corridor, where New Orleans' 300-year history unfolds through stunning murals. Led by renowned artist Jamar D. Take a guided tour along the Tchoupitoulas Art Corridor Mural Wall Project which represents the 300 year history of New Orleans told through a series of murals panels along the Tchoupitoulas Flood wall.

Under the artistic direction of renowned New Orleans artist Jamar D. Pierre the mural is organized as an historical timeline beginning in the 1700s up until present day. Upon it's completion, the painting will be will be the longest mural in the United States at over a mile long.

The project serves as a teaching opportunity that connects New Orleans’ past, present and future by connecting its subjects to the long and dynamic cultural history of the city while beautifying a transitional corridor. The tour is also curated by Pierre (the artist chosen to create the city's official 2018 Tricentennial painting "Resilience") and may accompany tours when time allows to give even gurther insight to the works.

The tour is also from one great Irish Channel Brewery to another. All the while getting history and background on the Tchoupitoulas Art Corridor project. We meet at Urban South Brewery on Tchoupitoulas St, get a drink/refreshment for the walk along the panels of the mural while the guide gives you background, explanation and context of each panel until we reach the end (approx 1 mile) at Nola Brewery.
