Pick your top three interest’s and we will try our best to make them happen- Choose from Fishing, Birdwatching, Beach-combing, Crabbing, Dolphin encounters, Stand up paddle board with Dolphins in uncrowded areas, Shark’s teeth, shelling and fossil hunting. If you like, stop in at the Daufuskie Island Crab Company for a cold beverage or some tasty local seafood. There is a 3 hr minimum on all trips and for Daufuskie stop add 1-hour. For serious fossil hunters and Shark teeth hunters contact Capt. Byron so we can make sure your trip is booked at the perfect tide. Please note there is a 45 min in total NO WAKE Zone/ECO tour on all trips leaving and coming back to marina.
Perfect for the youngsters! ( Learn how the locals go crabbing and hunt for sharks teeth) We suggest- 3hr’s for crabbing and Shark tooth hunting and minimum 4hr’s- for crabbing, sharks teeth + Shark fishing. (shark fishing June-Oct).
(This is for real adventurers) Cruise through back creeks to the amazing Savannah River. This legendary area can reveal awesome treasures. Hunt for many types of shark’s teeth, amazing shells, fossils, pottery and ancient bottles.The beautiful ride through our back creeks takes roughly 1-1/2 - 2 hours round trip, offering amazing dolphin, wildlife watching and more! Minimum 5 hour trip, but we recommend always spending as much time as possible.
Early mornings and evenings can be cool near the marshes, so dress in light layers to stay comfortable throughout the day.
Though the tour is engaging, bring water and light snacks to stay energized during active exploration.
Use sunscreen and wear a wide-brimmed hat, as much of the tour is outdoors in open areas.
Binoculars enhance viewing of birds and marine life in the tidal creeks and marshes.
