Activity description

El Yunque National Forest Upon arrival, our certified tour guide will lead you through this amazing secret spot of "El Yunque". In this area you will explore through the mud trails and lush green of the rainforest. The hike will take approximately 1.5 miles in total and will take approximately twenty minutes to reach the first bathing area and another ten minutes hiking on rocks to get to the water slide. We’ll spend around 2 hours inside the rainforest where we’ll be swimming, swinging from the rope like Tarzan, sliding down a natural water slide, cooling off under the waterfall and jumping from different cliffs, our if you want just to relax and take pictures, get in the fresh water and enjoy the amazing views, participants are not obligated to do the adventure activities.

Not wheelchair accessible Maximum recommend weigh 275 pounds. This tour requires good physical condition. If you have any health condition, please inform us at booking. Sometime some activities are not available because weather conditions.

Health restrictions

Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy and uneven surfaces without assistance.

Back problems and pregnant women cannot participate on the tour.

This tour operates based weather and river conditions.

Use of lifejacket and helmet is mandatory. On Saturdays the hike is longer and more challenging since we depart from a different point.

San Juan Tours reserves the right of admission – If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions or causing disruptions the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment, and no refunds will be issued due to this.

Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.
