Adventure Tips

Use alternate routes to avoid the one-way tunnel

Avoid Bakerton Rd due to an 11-foot one-lane tunnel which is difficult for RVs; pick up directions at check-in for safe arrival.

Bring earplugs for train noise

An active railroad runs adjacent to the campground and trains run 24/7; earplugs help light sleepers enjoy quiet nights.

Check-in begins at 4 PM, plan arrival accordingly

To ensure a smooth arrival, check in at 408 Alstadts Hill Road starting at 4 PM; late arrivals should park in the main lot overnight.

Keep pets leashed and clean up after them

Pets are welcome but must be on leash, cleaned up after, and monitored to maintain campground harmony.
