About This Adventure

Winter Horseback Ride

  • Horses for all riding abilities!

  • Includes complimentary, round-trip shuttle transportation from Steamboat. Or, if you'd prefer - you can drive yourself to the ranch. We're located about 13 miles from Steamboat (drive time is approx. 30 minutes, depending on weather).

  • Shuttle NOT available November or April.


Tours do fill up - we recommend booking online in advance!

  • Single riders only - Sorry, no tandem horseback rides.

About

Join us on a 1.5-2 hour horseback ride (weather permitting) over the hills and through the trees of snowy Saddleback Ranch. Gaze at the Flattops, Sleeping Giant and Mt. Werner. Let us show you where our ancestors homesteaded the ranch almost 100 years ago.

After your ride, warm up with a cup of hot chocolate!
