Enjoy a 45 minute hatha style yoga class amongst our furry friends and a 30 minute visit at the cafe. All levels of experience are welcome! This instructor-led class will offer modifications and variations throughout as well time for meditation, savasana, and of course saying hello to cats that join you on the mats.
Cats will be wandering around throughout class, perching and observing from afar, or flopping right on your mat with you! We have extra yoga mats that are welcome to be used to place on top of your mat for extra padding and protection from any therapeutic scratching or claw pulling on the mats. After class you can hang out with our adoptable kitties for half an hour and have some soothing tea!
Please note you will pay $20 upon booking and $5 will be due at the door to the yoga instructor (cash or venmo).
