Destrehan Plantation’s Annual Fall Festival opens from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday, November 8th, and Sunday, November 9th, 2025 located at 13034 River Road in Destrehan, Louisiana.
Craft vendors throughout the United States showcase their talent and sell their handcrafted items. The mule barn promises to captivate the antique collector with distinctive pieces from antique dealers throughout Louisiana.
Children’s activities include pony rides, face painting, fall themed arts & crafts, bungee jumping, and putt-putt golf.
Cajun and Creole food lovers can dine in the picnic area while enjoying live entertainment.
Parking on our property is free, view directions. There is also parking available on the levee and Bridge Park. Lyft & Uber are available to & from the festival.
Why do we charge an admission fee? The River Road Historical Society doing business as Destrehan Plantation is a small non-profit organization. This is our major fundraiser. We also have to pay for the live entertainment that is provided during the weekend.
Ticket is non-refundable.
Many artisans and food vendors prefer cash payments, so having some on hand helps your browsing go smoothly.
The plantation grounds are extensive and uneven in spots; sturdy shoes will keep you comfortable all day.
