NATURE WALK

Experience a glimpse of the immense rustic desert beauty of Joshua Tree. Connect with the ancestral energies of the land as we learn about geology, geography, cultural/historical significance, as well as the natural elemental energies that exist in this unique stretch of the Mojave Desert. Here, we enter into an authentic Native American portal via a nature walk, which helps to illustrate the difference in the local vegetation/terrain. The nature walk/hiking portion of our experience is led by a local, certified guide, who is well versed in the natural beauty of the sacred land.

The soundbath + cacao ceremony will be held in a medicine wheel blessed by 3 Native American tribes, which honors the connection of the 7 directions. Here, you’ll be lead into intentional ceremony, guided meditation, and will lay down and receive a relaxing soundbath.

SOUNDBATH

Charge the visceral nervous system with sound. Using select tones, along with binaural beats from a variety of instruments, you will receive sound by laying down and absorbing the energy through frequency and vibration. Allow your unconscious and subconscious mind to find harmonious balance through the journey of sound. Applying sound with drowning effects can be a powerful aide in releasing stress, tension and distractions, allowing for a deepened/enhanced meditative state.

CACAO

*Cacao is heart medicine. We are shown strength and beauty in totality through ceremonial grade cacao the spectrum of love. The cacao, being a superfood, works to open up your heart center, having you connect deeply with your higher self, connection with the earth, and clears the pathway of giving and receiving heart communication. Cacao is psychotropic, yet not hallucinogenic, giving way for a full heart-opening experience through a temporary state of enhancement. Through ritual and intentional integration of the cacao medicine, meditation, and breathwork, you’ll be guided to connect deeper with your heart and soul.

After connecting and receiving the blessing of cacao through ceremony, we lay down and allow the sound vibration to guide us.
