Wood-heated small 4-person sauna by the river with a hole in the ice for dipping in the icy water. There is no running water at the Sauna, only a carried water from the ice-cold river. This is more traditional way for the Sauna experience (if you want to do it like a true Finn)!
To preserve our water and environment please do not use any soap, shampoo or other detergents at this sauna.
Book this rate only if you know how to make a fire! At the Self Heated rate (-50%) you will get to experience heating the sauna by yourself. Heating is done by making a fire in the stove and carrying a few buckets of water from the river. Firewood can be found from our wood shed and matches are available at the reception. If you choose this option you should start heating 30 min before the booked start time. Ask for detailed heating instructions if needed.
