We recommend that you enjoy 10-20 minutes in the hot room followed by a cool off and rest period, then repeat for the duration of your session.
This sauna session will be located at Echo Valley Provincial Park, located 45 minutes northeast of Regina.
The sauna fits 6-8 people comfortably! The per person bookings are based on 6 people per session. The private group booking is based on a maximum of 8 people per session.
