The Spruce Railroad section of the paved ODT trail goes along Lake Crescent for about 4-5 miles. It covers some beautiful scenery of the lake, national forest, and some amazing old train tunnels! The trail also continues past the lake and spans the distance between the lake and a town near the coast called Forks. This section is also very beautiful as it goes through the national rain forest and by the Solduc River.
Book your eBike drop-off and pick-up at least 24 hours ahead to ensure availability and smooth coordination.
Plan to arrive at 47 Lower Dam Rd at least 30 minutes before your scheduled transport time for check-in and eBike orientation.
The old train tunnels are cool and damp even in summer—carry a light jacket or windbreaker just in case.
