Description

During your Italian Vacation, we will take you to discover the secrets of the Olive Oil Experience. Your private tour driver will welcome you at your hotel in Rome. Italy’s at the top of the chart when it comes to production of great wines, cheeses and other local specialties. But there is one product, that wins it all. Visit Tuscia Region of Viterbo, the heart of Norther Latium. This part of the region is a multicolored weave of different landscapes and quaint villages and mesmerizing features. Joint by one common thread: Harvest, agriculture and EVO production.

Visit one of the Ancient villages in the area. You can choose between the Village of Caprarola, famous for the reinassance Villa Farnese, or a stop in Sutri , known for the famous Roman Amphitheatre and the fascinating Etruscan Necropolis. The choice is yours!

Your next location will be an olive-mill, in Vetralla, another quaint Etruscan village immersed in the Countryside, and your EVO Experience will start.

This World Famous product has an incredible background. You will learn about the harvesting process and hear all about the next step in oil making, as you’ll head to the mill. You can’t leave without a private tasting. Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting is next! You’ll hear all about how to pair this product with the perfect dish, how to use it in the kitchen, and enjoy the different flavors of a selection of olive oils, with local bruschettas or appetizers.

Before heading back to Rome, your tour driver will make some restaurant recommendations, for a delicious lunch. We’d be happy to arrange your lunch in an oil farm, for the ultimate Evo experience. (Lunch price not included, as it will depend on the olive farm you’ll be visiting).
