**FAQ The first lesson is going to be mostly theory, filling out paperwork and learning how to catch and lead, groom and tack up horses. We will also practice mounting and dismounting, but will not do a lot of riding. So, if you have questions about what to wear, helmets, etc. you can also ask your coach at the first lesson as you won't miss out on anything :)
As you get better at catching, leading and grooming and tacking up your horse, the riding time each lesson will get longer.
If you are going to be away for a week or weekend and need to miss a class, or we can do make-up lessons for missed classes as long as we get 24-hrs notice for missing the event. Students can reschedule their make-up lessons themselves using our online booking program.
