The workshop combines the 'hands on' experience with understanding how through the centuries a natural and interdependent relationship between man and the environment was passed on through the generations in the making of the cheese.
In the Tiles factory you will be able to see in 30m the process of production that in total can take up to 2 or 3 months to be finished!! Time to paint your own tile!
Another important Portuguese product that we cannot forget its the wine! We will visit a family own winery where you can walk through vineyards as well as seeing part of the production.
