  • Travel Coyoacán and know the charm of its streets, alleys and emblematic places surrounded by colonial houses
  • Visit the convent of San Juan Bautista, not forgetting the chapel of La Conchita, considered a jewel of Baroque art
  • Admire the atrium door of the Plaza de Coyoacán and take a picture in the fountain of the coyotes that gave rise to the name of the place
  • Float along the Xochimilco intricate system of canals on brightly painted and decorated trajineras (a traditional flat-bottomed boat).
  • Discover the small artificial islands called chinampas, where flowers, vegetables and ornamental plants are grown.

What to Expect

  • Depart to one of the most emblematic places south of our city full of folklore, flavors, history and colors with its trajineras. Xochimilco in the Nahuatl language means “place of flower sowing” it was declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity on December 11, 1987 by UNESCO.

  • To begin, we will know Coyocán, a famous district for the charm of its streets, alleys and emblematic places, surrounded by colonial houses, cultural centers, restaurants, bookstores, art galleries, museums and craft houses.

  • Admire and photograph the atrium door of the Plaza de Coyoacán with a double arch, built in the mid-16th century as the sculptures of the coyotes in the plaza, surrounded by craftsmen who weave bracelets and make earrings or textiles.

  • Then you will enjoy a walk through the canals of the majestic Xochimilco in the traditional trajinera full of colors that are distinguished by their ornaments in flowers glistening the name of a lady.

  • At the end we come back to the hotel and end our services.
