Our City Tour will take you by the historic parts of the French Quarter, where you will see some of the oldest sections of the city: Jackson Square, towering St. Louis Cathedral, the infamous Bourbon Street, and the bustling French Market.
From there, you will be exposed to some of the areas that were hardest hit by Hurricane Katrina and have a personal look at the 9th Ward, with an up close look at Harry Connick Jr's Musicians village and Habitat for Humanity.
This also includes a drive-by of the 17th Street levee break which is in the Lakeview area. No tour would be complete without a visit to one of New Orleans' historic cemeteries, where you will find the above ground tombs that inhabit these "cities of the dead". We will also take you through beautiful New Orleans City Park.
As the tour continues to the Uptown, University area, you'll enjoy the large oak trees hanging over beautiful St. Charles Ave. The streetcar and historic mansions in the Garden District will take you to another era. Finally, we conclude in the Central Business District.
