It's time to experience the incredible precision and feel the awesome power of the mighty Blue Angels at eye level from the catwalk of the lighthouse - 150 feet above ground level!
For Base Access Public access will be available from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. through the West Gate ONLY on Blue Angel Parkway. All U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals 18 and older must have a government-issued photo ID or passport. Foreign nationals require a U.S. citizen escort to gain access to NASP. Implementation of the REAL ID Act begins May 7, 2025. That day, and any day after that, anyone 18 years and older that plans to visit certain Federal facilities or fly domestically will need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification to enter U.S. military bases or board federally regulated commercial aircraft.
We are no longer allowing cameras or lenses with a length of over 12 inches. Due to the limited space on the catwalk cameras exceeding this length will not be permitted during the practice events. Please do not bring more than one camera and extended lens are allowed as long as they are not excessive.
Cancellation Notes
Closed-back shoes with ankle support are required for climbing the lighthouse stairs safely.
Allow extra time for military base security checks at the West Gate entrance on Blue Angel Parkway.
Cameras or lenses longer than 12 inches are not permitted on the catwalk to ensure safety and space.
Participants must be at least 7 years old and 44 inches tall to climb the lighthouse tower.
