We require a minimum number of 4 adults to run the tour. If you are the first to make a booking, we will contact you if we cannot run the tour. You will receive final confirmation/cancellation by email once we know the numbers, and full refund if we cancel.

Learn about their lives, their importance to the environment and the work of the bat hospital.
We start with two short videos, an 8-minute movie about what we do and a 2 minute one featuring Little Red flying foxes. We then enjoy a bat talk as we wander around our world-class facilities to meet the different bats.
Tours require a minimum of four adults to proceed, so reserve in advance to secure your spot and avoid last-minute cancellations.
Bats are sensitive to sound; maintain a quiet atmosphere during the tour to avoid disturbing them.
For safety and conservation reasons, visitors are not permitted to touch the bats at any time.
The tour involves walking through facilities and outdoor areas—sturdy, comfortable shoes are recommended.
