Fly fishing ONLY, except on the Fords (Sea Pools) where spinning and bait fishing are allowed.

  • Sea Trout/Salmon - 25 February to 31 October

Size Limits

  • Brown Trout - 10 ozs
  • Sea Trout (South Uist Angling Club waters) - 16 ozs. or 13 inches
  • Sea Trout (South Uist Estate waters) - 1 lb. 8 ozs. or 18 inches
  • Salmon - No salmon can be kept and any caught must be returned carefully
