We will start the day with a tour to the highest point of the mountain to take in the surrounding views, we can see about 200kms out from the Trig Point. Afterwards we will duck back to the cafe/exploratory for a short rest before heading across to the historical UK Schmidt telescope dome. Here we will learn about the history of astronomy and how it has changed over the years, we will also head over to iTelescope.net to talk about all of the publicly accessible telescopes.
After another short break we will head into Australia's Largest telescope to tour through the inner workings of an active research dome, during this we will head out onto the catwalk on the 6th floor and take in some more of the stunning views.
Once we have finished, we will head back to the cafe and supply the groups with complimentary souvenirs valued at approx $15ph to commemorate their visit.
