About

The Kenai Fjords National Park offers world class kayaking in one of the most scenic and rugged areas of Alaska. There is abundant wildlife and sea life viewing as you travel by water taxi and kayak through this wilderness.

This full day trip departs Seward Boat Harbor on Seward's best water taxi! We are proud to partner with Weather Permitting and Alaska Wildland Adventures to make this trip possible.

We follow the cliff-riddled coastline from Seward to the Gulf of Alaska and into our destination, Aialik Bay. On board the water taxi we will provide hot drinks and morning snacks as you enjoy the timeless scenery and unprecedented wildlife.

Our journey includes whale watching and wildlife viewing opportunities such as Sea Lions, Porpoise and Sea Otters. Once we arrive in Aialik Bay, we are dropped off at shore to begin our kayaking portion of the trip. As we paddle out, often we see the glacier calving into the water, and experience the surprising release of energy that creates thunder-like sounds. The water taxi/wildlife viewing portion is approximately 2.5 hours each way.
