Learn how to approach a horse, halter, tie, groom, tack up and the very basics of riding. We also touch on equipment, how much horses cost, and daily needs of the animals. Class size is small and very hands on. This class is perfect for the hands on parent who would like to help their children tack up, or for someone who is interested in just having a good knowledge base about horses in general. Participation is limited, so sign up early to ensure your spot!
