  • All Riders Must Have a Completed Digital Waiver on File Before Activity Commences. Minor Riders Must Have a Digital Waiver Completed & Signed By a Legal Parent or Guardian

  • The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason

  • Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not Be Permitted to Rent, Ride or Participate in Any Capacity

  • Reschedules/Refunds/Gift Card Issuance Are Solely at the Company's Discretion - See Our Cancellation Policy for More Info

  • Unless Previously Agreed to in Written Correspondence Via Email - Reschedules/Refunds/Gift Card Issuance Will Not Be Issued Once the Rental Reservation Time Listed on the Paid Reservation Receipt Has Past - This Policy Is Non-Negotiable

  • Riders Who Damage Company Equipment Will Be Charged For Repair & Replacement Costs

  • Rental Equipment Can Only Be Picked Up By the Person Whose Information is Listed on the Paid Reservation Receipt

  • All Riders Must Adhere to All Traffic Laws

  • Photo ID & Credit Card Required For All Rentals

  • Debit Cards & Pre-Paid Cards Are Not Accepted

  • Cruiser Bike Riders Must Be 12+ Years of Age and 4' 11" or Taller

  • Riders Younger Than 18 Must Be Accompanied By a Parent or Legal Guardian & Must Wear a Helmet
