Is Seaprobe Atlantis suitable for children? Yes, children love the trips and are always most welcome onboard.
Can I get my wheelchair onboard? We are able to get wheelchairs down the pontoon ramp and alongside the boat. If you are able to take a few assisted steps to board the boat, the wheelchair can then be carried on board. There is no wheelchair access to the underwater viewing gallery.
Are dogs welcome on board? Dogs are welcome on board but not downstairs in the underwater viewing gallery so you just need to take turns looking after your dog at points of underwater viewing interest.
Arrive at Pontoon, The Car Park, Station Rd at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure smooth check-in and boarding.
Wheelchair users should note boarding requires a few assisted steps; contact the company ahead to arrange assistance.
Bring a windbreaker or waterproof jacket; even on calm days, spray and sea breeze can chill you out on deck.
Binoculars enhance wildlife spotting, and a camera with zoom captures seals, seabirds, and the Skye Bridge scenery.
The HMS Port Napier sunk in 1940 serves as an underwater monument to Scotland’s maritime past, now a vital habitat.
