The First Shot Tour will explore the battle site at the North Bridge and the conflict that took place there. We’ll also visit the Wright Tavern to discover how the Massachusetts Provincial Congress met months before to plan their resistance to the British military threat.
The tour involves moderate walking over uneven historic grounds, so sturdy footwear helps keep you steady.
Parts of the route have limited shade—carry water and sunscreen, especially in summer months.
