Some suggestions to choose the right bike to rent:

City bikes are the best choice for city rides. The city center is flat, mainly a pedestrian and cycling area, so city bikes are an inexpensive and efficient way to move through the city. They are equipped with bell, fenders, racks and led lights. We suggest you ask for one or more locks, particularly if you need to park bikes on the street during the night. We also have a few children bikes for rent, so your kids also will be able to enjoy riding their own bike.

Folding Bike: If you are planning to ride in or outside town we offer the best folding bike to rent. Riding the English "Brompton" is always fun!

Touring bikes are the best choice for longer rides or multiday tours, they perform very well on paved roads and on dirt white roads as well. They do not have fenders, but a good rack to carry panniers with all your belongings.

E-bikes are recommended for tours outside town, you can experience a new way of cycling, confident you'll be able to afford any hill!

Gravel bikes are suitable for those who want to ride on mixed routes, both on asphalt roads and on dirt roads. Our Cannondale Topstone 4 are available in S to XL size. Perfect for exploring quiet dirt roads out of traffic!

Explore the Tuscan hills on a Mountain bike, perfect for relaxing and fun rides around Florence. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes and go for an adventure along scenic trails thanks to our agile and versatile bicycle, ready to help you discover the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

Full carbon race bikes: Enjoy racing on Florence streets on a Wilier, made in Italy, available in a few models and settings, sizes xs to xxl.

Adventure Tips

Watch for cobblestone sections in the city

Florence’s historic streets feature uneven cobblestones which require steady handling and slower speeds.

Carry water for countryside rides

Routes outside the city may have limited access to shops, so bring enough hydration for long stretches.

Be prepared for mixed terrain

Mountain bikes handle gravel and dirt trails well; city bikes are best on paved roads and smooth paths.

Helmet use is strongly recommended

Though not legally required everywhere, wearing a helmet greatly increases safety on busy or uneven routes.
