This lesson is an introduction to Wing Foiling for first-timers. We will teach a first-timer how to safely handle a wing on land and on the water. The first 15 (or so) minutes will be spent on land learning the equipment, the wind, and how to sail the wing. We will then move to the water to learn the board, stance, and how to utilize the wing on the board, taking into account your experience and background.
If this is not your first lesson, we will assess where you are at in your progression and pick up where you left off.
