I booked this stay for my softball team in June of 2025 when we played in a tournament at Ballparks National. It was perfect for many reasons: 10 minutes from the complex, plenty to do on site (sand volleyball, lawn games, 2 pools, hot tub, 2 restaurants on site, not a huge hotel so you can find each other /meet up easily, huge areas to gather and eat/drink at your leisure, safe to let the kids roam and it's still on property, and they have small cabins for bigger families that want more space. I'm not sure why any team playing at Ballparks National would stay anyplace else. We had a great week.

We had a great weekend at Old Kinderhook Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom golf cottage and it was perfect! It allowed us to make our own dinners, and there was plenty of room to hang out and play games. The front desk at check in was very friendly and informative.

We stayed at this resort for the first time, it was just my young daughter and I. I had heard this resort was more for retirement age to enjoy but I was pleasantly surprised to see it full of softball girls in town for a tournament. We chose this hotel because of how close it was to our concert location, as soon as we arrived we met Christine Williams, she was a breathe of fresh air, she checked us in, even made plans for us to ride on the shuttle to the concert!!! My daughter and I had very recently lost our pets and Christina took the time to help cheer up my daughter and it made our stay so wonderful, thank you for going above and beyond to bring a smile to her face. The resort is beautiful, clean, the restaurant was very good, the volley ball sand courts looked so fun! We will for sure be back!

Really enjoyed the resort at old Kinderhook. The golf is fantastic and the resort is a great value for a group weekend. Only problem is it’s a little out of the way, but worth the trip.

We were recently there for our Company Holiday Party. The room was outstanding. The customer service was first class. The hallways of the hotel smelled amazing! It truly was a Christmas feeling in the air. The skating rink was fun and the fire pits were the icing on the evening. Everyone should stay there.
