Disappointing. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Unfortunately, not one person tried to serve us. We reserved a bay for 1.5 hours and were treated like we were an annoyance because we had kids with us. There were patrons who were obnoxious and told us we should get out as we were leaving because we had kiddos. Not kid friendly despite what the website says. Would not recommend as a place to go with kids.

Typically, when you leave your tab open they keep your card , or I thought , the dude gave me my card back so I thought we were good , I wake up this morning and they generously gave themselves a $6 tip! Wow. Thank you for your response, however, I was not made aware of this "standard practice" when I decided to buy two drinks. Your bartenders could be more forthcoming and YOUR customers are unknowingly being charged money, at the rate of a 30% + tip of their bill.

No. Just no. Been there 3 times. The service is bizarre. Several people in our party felt that they were mischarged on their drinks. There is not enough room to swing the clubs properly and the ball can bounce out of the cage which it did several times. The music was too loud and unfortunately bad. There was not a decent pool cue although the table is nice but badly shimmed. The shuffleboard table was a redeeming quality but the whole place needs a do-over.

Drinks are reasonably priced and the atmosphere is great. Clean establishment. The only reason I am not providing 5 stars is because the golf simulator malfunctions from time to time. BUT - staff are very good about refunding if there is an issue. Otherwise, love visiting here.
