Have visited Golf NV a handful of times and the experience is top-notch. Dan, Jake, Ryan, and Brock are always very knowledgeable and have helped me "feel" like a pro. I have picked up new irons here (Mizuno, shout out) along with a hybrid and my putter. They are very straightforward, friendly, and welcoming. Golf can certainly be a difficult sport, but these guys make it easy to feel fired up!

You would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable dedicated to the customer experience staff from owner to new guy .... Zero pressure approach by staff really allows for the best possible scenario when being fitted for your game. Their price point is better than the big box stores they always have very good levels of selection and will never sale you a club or clubs that don't fit the player. I'm super impressed with Jake at GolfNV. I ordered a new 6 iron and there was a little snafu once it arrived. Jake immediately ordered a new one and then called me twice to keep me updated on the shipping, plus it arrived early! Unfortunately, no fault of Golf NV, the club broke. We went in and Jake personally handled it. His customer service skills are top notch and he's always so helpful. I'm very thankful and glad I stayed local!

Most amazing club fitting! I've had fittings before, but nothing came close to my experience with Zeke at Golf NV. The thoroughness of the process and the no rush atmosphere helped guide the iron selection to be the best fit for my swing, not to mention the patience through my multiple miss-hits. Every performance metric (backspin, launch angle, decent angle, etc.) improved over 50% - some improved almost double. I picked up 12 to 15 yards as compared to my current 7 iron. I haven't been this excited for my custom clubs to arrive since Christmas as a kid waiting for my Red Ryder Daisy BB gun. The only downside is that I can no longer blame my irons for my poor golf scores!!

Since Golf NV has opened, I’ve probably been about 100 times! The vibe here is great, the customer experience is awesome. A real feel putting green and 4 bays to practice, or have lessons in is what Reno needed! Will definitely be recommending my friends to come to this place!
