Nice, open atmosphere seating with a window in one section over looking the golf course. Attentive staff, we were seated right away with no reservation. Decent selection of food. I ordered the meatloaf, which was served dunked in a thick gravy, so it stuck to the meat. It was good, but too thick, in my opinion, and did not add to the palate experience. I prefer a more traditional style of metloaf. It seems restaurants are always trying to improve the recipe. The dish came with a side of potatoes and vegetable. The potatoes had a specific name which, escapes me at the moment, to indicate that they are mashed and mixed with cheese. They had too much cheese and again detracted from the palate experience. The traditional meatloaf and mashed potatoes dish is a staple of American culture and a comfort food. It does not need to be improved. When I order this dish, I expect to taste and feel the comfort I have long experienced when eating it, not some strange recipe that makes it unrecognizable, thereby providing no satisfaction.
