This Topgolf was a HUGE disappointment. My husband and I travel a lot and we make it a point to visit a Topgolf if there's one nearby. So, we've been to quite a few. This one was easily the worst. While waiting for our bay we decided to grab a bite and have a drink. We sat at a table in the bar area. After sitting there a good 15 minutes with NOBODY coming to or table or even acknowledging we were there. So, we moved to the bar. The bartender took like 10-12 minutes to even acknowledge us. Mind you, they are NOT overly busy there at this time. There may have been 5 other people at the bar, if that. We finally order drinks and they were absolutely TERRIBLE. The girl bartender should REALLY work on her drink making, bc what we ordered was awful. We did get to our bay eventually and actually had a decent server. Shout out to Sebastián, you were awesome 🫶 He was the ONLY employee we interacted with that was decent, polite, attentive, and was actually doing his job... Some those other employees should take some tips from him on how to treat your customers...It wasn't a complete let down here bc i will say, the buffalo chicken dip is amazing 😋 I recommend trying that. Most the employees should really work on their people skills though.

This top golf location is lacking some serious upgrades. I had to hunt down the waitress just so another bay could order food. They should definitely invest in some kind of pager system. Food took awhile to come out.

We went to Topgolf today at lunch and loved it! We go here often, and it’s definitely a fun thing to do in Nashville! Our server, Kalyn, was super sweet, helpful with the menu, and very attentive! We arrived to TopGolf a little before lunch and had about a 30 minute wait before we could go to a bay. The wait was definitely worth it! We had a great time and our food was delicious. We ordered chicken nachos and the boneless wing trio. Both were very flavorful and tasty! Thank you, Kalyn, for such a great Topgolf experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I took my family there (party of eight) for my younger brother‘s 20th birthday. We were trying to decide between a few places, and we are so happy that we chose to go to Topgolf. Dinner was amazing, and the customer service was top-notch. Our waiter looked after us and always had drinks for us. My dad even knocked over two drinks and broke two glasses and they didn’t give us any hassle plus set him up with a to go drink as well. We will definitely be back again.

We recently visited Topgolf Nashville for a fun family outing, and the experience was fantastic. It's an incredibly fun place where both kids and adults can enjoy a unique experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a spacious design that makes everyone feel comfortable while playing or just relaxing. It’s important to note that Topgolf Nashville is very popular, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. and there was no availability. Fortunately, they suggested making an online reservation, and we secured a spot for the afternoon at 4:30 p.m., which worked out perfectly. The golf experience is fun for all skill levels. The game bays are well-equipped, and the scoring system adds excitement to every shot, whether you're a beginner or an expert. It’s a perfect activity for families to enjoy together! The food, while simple, was tasty and just right for accompanying the fun. We had nuggets, nachos, and a charcuterie board. The kids enjoyed soda, while the adults had a nice cold beer, which was perfect for relaxing after some great shots. The overall atmosphere is very social, making it an ideal place to hang out with friends and family, with music and food enhancing the entire experience. The service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist.

How much fun is this? Basically it's bowling, but with golf! Great food and drinks at REASONABLE prices, which is hard to find in the city. Family friendly, our waiter was so friendly and attentive, would absolutely go again! Pro tip--half price golfing Mon-Thurs.

Have been going to TopGolf Nashville for quite awhile. Just wanted to give a thank you to the attentive, friendly and professional hosts. Bree was my hostess today. As I go to practice she leaves me alone to do so but has the ability to to appear when I need something. Thanks Bree!
