If you want a place with hidden fees and poor communication look no further than. In addition we host child corn user and coke dealers. If the listed fee enticed you just wait until they add the amenities! Are you a connoisseur of cable tv? Me either but that’ll be 100/month. Luckily I don’t pay my power through then like you’ll have to expect a markup for that as well. Nice apartments decent area besides the roaches (that comes with water). Poor management and oversight. It’s a money squeeze that goes up yearly. Trash bar food and good forbid they hire good staff (they’ll be gone in 3 months). P.S. the owner likes it white and right. I’ll update when he retaliates

Not a safe place to live. I was taking my trash out one night, several police cars were at a residence, they locked down that area of the premises. Their pets were scared, alone, running around outside. It’s common to see bar fights outside Bar 45. Two guys were physically fighting one night, one started walking into the residential home/parking lot yelling at the other guy that he’d find his own way home, he didn’t live at One Club. My neighbor was always drunk, throwing parties, bringing new men home all the time, dogs barking all day and night, gross. The leasing agents don’t care about the residents. Good luck being treated decently after you sign the lease. That’s all they care about, getting new leases signed. It’s all smiles and butterflies being shown units and signing the lease, that’s the only time they are nice and decent. Took over a month to get my refrigerator fixed during the summer. The air conditioning and heat ducts are infested with mold and cockroaches. It’s unsafe air. There are several types of roaches living at One Club, in every building, even if you can’t see them, they are there. Roaches outside on the steps too. Elevators broken for months at a time. I didn’t even use my dishwasher, look at the picture of roaches inside it. Small, medium and large roaches are everywhere. Fees go up. The guys blowing parking lot dust and debris around, twice a week, blow the debris right into the vehicles, rims etc. I watched them blow the parking lot junk right into a neighbors car, the entire driver side of the vehicle. I watched them blow it under my car into my engine area. See pictures of my clean rims, all dirty after their parking lot blowing. The office never answers the phone. Maintenance has keys/access to your apartment no matter what, they are complete strangers so consider that. One night two guys were fighting, one man was screaming for his life, not far from my apartment outside on a balcony. People live here who are not on the leases, filling up parking spaces, therefore paying residents can’t find anywhere to park. Karly Day and many others got fired. She was the worst. Chris is still there, he’s terrible too the boyfriend of the man that owns One Club. The only person who didn’t get fired in this last round of firings. The gate is broken, never locked, anyone can get into One Club. The amenities residents pay for are shared with the entire public of Gulf Shores. Paying thousands of dollars per month, to feel unsafe in your own home and living with several species of cockroaches, that’s the worst part, avoid One Club like the plague. If you want to end your lease early you will have to pay thousands of dollars to do so, and give a 60 day notice that you are vacating. Look at this picture of feces on the ceiling in the washing/dryer room. Outdoor lights break all the time. Another safety issue. This complex is disgusting. Big black spiders and lizards are everywhere too. I was greeted by a huge cockroach when I first moved in and used the microwave. Worst mistake of my life living here.

Used to be a fun place, but recent owner decisions have run this place into the ground. How can you advertise as a resort-like apartment complex yet harass your tenants ALL DAY at the adults-only pool over a stupid blender? Including confiscation while I was using the bathroom, then threatening to call the local police? I’d think twice about renting here, plenty of other quality apartments close by with competitve pricing.

Though we’ve only lived here for a month, we absolutely love it. The ladies at the front office are always so kind and helpful, the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond and the property is top notch.

Let me add that if zero stars was a rating, this place would be in the negatives. Good luck getting any help from the rude children that "manage" the complex. Your AC is out for 4 days in 90+ degree heat, oh well. You have bugs? Better have your own pest control. They won't fix anything for people who pay to live here, but will do anything to bring in the Public. Don't fall for the hype

The worst place I've ever lived at. My apartment was infested with roaches for over a year. Pest control won't go there unless you request it all the time. But they still charge for it every month. Pool parties all the time with people that don't live in the complex. Parking is a nightmare. If you try to park after 5 pm, good luck finding a spot close to your apartment. Fees, fees, and more fees.
