We recently hosted our daughter's wedding welcome party at The Club at Glenmore in their outside gazebo. It was just truly exceptional! The venue's stunning views, elegant atmosphere, and impeccable service created an unforgettable experience. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring every detail was handled. Guests couldn't stop raving about the beautiful setting, cozy fire pits, and delicious food. Kim Hayden was amazing to work with. Kim thought of (and remembered) every detail I told her. She was 100% on board with my vision and made it happen. I was able to use my own china which I had collected for my special day. We got married on the 10th Green, had the cocktail hour under the Pavilion and then our reception was in the Ballroom. The Glenmore had a champagne wall for my use, linens, lanterns, bars, and even candle holders. We added some of our own touches, but Glenmore is full service. From the prosecco wall, the the lighted hedge behind our cake, to putting our printed menus in the perfect spot. Our wedding was perfection. The views are phenomenal. The food was delicious - we served buffet style to make sue of my china and the kitchen did it all right. We had plated salads (tomato and mozzarella) then buffet steak, shrimp in grits, gnocchi with vegetables, roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was amazing. The Glenmore was so accommodating. They let us add a sparkling rose and rose to our wine choices - which felt so right with our theme. They had a hedge to put behind our cake table, which we added a personalized sign to, flowers and fairy lights. Glenmore let us have a photo booth in the ball room lobby, and we used their gorgeous farm tables to set out framed photos and favors. I had the absolute best time at my wedding. I highly recommend the Glenmore as a venue. It has gorgeous views, super friendly staff, they are diligent and 100% know how to throw a wedding. I have no regrets entrusted them with my special day and I have the absolute best memories. Thank you Kim and Molly!

We held our wedding at The Club at Glenmore, and we were so happy with Glenmore as a venue! We were looking for a close-to-all-inclusive venue to minimize how many different vendors we'd need to work with, and we were so glad to find that in Glenmore. We were especially happy with the events manager, Kim Hayden, and the serving staff. Kim stayed in close communication with us and our wedding coordinators from booking to the end of our event, and she had a calm, caring demeanor throughout the wedding. When a guest had a minor medical emergency, Kim was discreet but responsive, quickly helping to ensure the guest was able to rest and enjoy dinner in the cool clubhouse (it was a warm day!) after he had been checked out. She was a professional and fun presence throughout the process. The venue ensured our wedding was well-staffed, and we really enjoyed that everyone on the serving staff was so pleasant, friendly, and attentive. We also had great feedback from our guests about the food. Chef Frederick hit it out of the park with all of our dishes, and he was so flexible for guests' dietary needs. We were impressed with how well everything was cooked even with a buffet style meal and truly did get a lot of compliments from guests about the meal. We went with the Pavilion for our reception, with our ceremony on the 10th Tee and our cocktail hour in the green space between. The space ended up being really perfect for us - throughout cocktail hour and the reception, guests were on the dance floor or resting in the Pavilion, seated around the two fire pits in adirondack chairs, playing yard games, or checking out the nice view of the green, so there was something for everyone and plenty of space for our guests to enjoy. We would choose to work with Glenmore again if we could go back in time! Definitely a crowd-pleasing venue with a lot to offer.

The Glenmore Club is a great venue for delicious food, great communication, and reasonable pricing. I recently retired from the military and had a dinner party for 35 people in the Rivanna Room at the Glenmore Club. From start to finish, this was a great event. Molly promptly communicated all the info I needed, and met to go over details. Chef Frederick did a tasting with us so we could narrow down the menu choices to offer our guests. The events director Kim was incredibly helpful and efficient, and worked alongside the excellent wait staff during the dinner to ensure everything was perfect. I am not a member of the Glenmore Club, but live nearby and wanted to have my party close to home. Earlier this year, I had attended an event at Glenmore and noted the food was delicious, so when it came time to have my retirement, this was my first thought. For due diligence, I also contacted the three closest other venues, including a restaurant, a different country club, and a winery. Glenmore beat them all on professionalism, communication, and price. Thank you to Kim, Molly, Chef Frederick, and the great staff who manned the bar, prepared and served the food, and did all the little things to make this special and memorable event for me, my family, and my guests!

I don't give 5 stars often (always room for improvement, you know?), but I do for The Club at Glenmore! We had our wedding here and our day couldn't have been better imagined. Kim is the most thoughtful, professional, and helpful woman. She makes it all seem so effortless, and even with the "what if" scenarios she had a plan! She worked SO well with our vendors and if anything went wrong I had no clue about it! The chef and kitchen staff really outdid themselves too! The food was perfection, no one has anything negative to say about it, and so many went for seconds and thirds there was nothing left. You can tell they put their hearts and souls into their jobs and that's hard to find customer service like that now a days. The flow of the day was so smooth and I'm sure there were countless others behind the scenes assisting and each one helped us stay stress free and present during our big day!
