Disappointing experience dealing with the reservations. We booked a room for a Friday night. I recently had some health issues and an unexpected medical procedure due to them scheduled for that Friday. We tried to cancel the reservation because of it and my inability to really enjoy the location. We were told there was no cancellations possible, so now i put the procedure off because I didn’t want to lose our $800.00 for the 1 night stay. We tried to work it out, but no luck. Again, disappointing!

Keswick is a beautiful property. What a shame to have suck a limited hours of operation for the restaurant and the bar. The bar closes at 11pm on Saturdays, why ? at 10.30 you can't get a specialty cocktail, why ? only wine, beer and a basic drink!!! it does not make sense at all. You spend thousands of $$$ to stay there over the weekend and you can't have a drink after 11pm on a Saturday !! Management and ownership must do something about the services provided and available.

We live locally so we are a bit spoiled to be able to enjoy the Spa at Keswick and dinner at Marigolds! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention The Counter Coffee Shop which serves a very delicious pumpkin spice latte and fabulous chocolate croissants. Chris Snow is the supervisor and he has such a warmth and friendliness about him and makes you feel very welcomed and special. The Counter shop has many little gifts to pamper yourself with or take home to thank a neighbor for taking care of your mail. Enjoy the view with coffee and a friend! Time truly stands still at Keswick!

Shout out to Ted for assisting with an urgent chocolate emergency. But seriously - super attentive staff with extremely well-lit rooms (rarity in hotels) and beautiful design. Marigold serves incredible food.

We just celebrated our wedding at Keswick Hall in May and had a wonderful weekend with family & friends! The front desk staff, bellmen, and pool bartenders were beyond wonderful. The chef saved us our cake topper to enjoy Sunday after the wedding. We will be back!
