Spruce Woods Provincial Forest covers approximately 128,000 hectares in southern Manitoba, Canada, featuring a landscape shaped by glacial activity that includes sand dunes, rolling hills, boreal forest patches, and wetlands. The forest is situated near the Assiniboine River and includes part of the Spruce Woods Provincial Park. It is home to a variety of plant and animal species, including oak savannas, jack pine stands, and aspen groves, providing habitat to wildlife such as white-tailed deer, coyotes, foxes, and numerous songbirds.
