About Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures
Guided and self-guided kayaking tours, evening paddles, full gear rentals, and shuttle service for easy access to Malone Springs, Spring Creek, Wood River, Lake Ewauna, and the Klamath Marsh.
Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures is a Chiloquin, Oregon-based outfitter specializing in guided kayaking tours, gear rentals, shuttle service, and multi-day packages across the Klamath Basin.
The company operates a variety of experiences including short three-hour paddles, evening tours, full-day outings, and a three-day guided kayaking package. Rental options include eight-hour, 24-hour, full-day, and three-day equipment use to accommodate day visitors and extended trips.
Local, experienced guides lead small-group tours on Spring Creek, Wood River, Malone Springs, Lake Ewauna, and the Williamson River. Guides focus on safety, wildlife viewing, and hands-on instruction for paddlers of all skill levels. Guided itineraries highlight trophy trout fishing, Brown trout opportunities, and sightings of Bald Eagles, Ospreys, and other Klamath Marsh wildlife.
Equipment rentals include single, tandem, sit-in and sit-on kayaks, fishing kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and safety whistles. Rental check-in requires a valid ID and completion of a rental agreement and waiver, which are provided in the confirmation email. Shuttle service transports guests and gear to launch and pickup points, and offers a convenient return option after rentals or self-led trips.
Sky Lakes Wilderness Adventures emphasizes clear rental policies, included safety gear, and accessible, family-friendly outdoor experiences. Several tours specify that no prior paddling experience is required, while moderate routes suit more experienced kayakers seeking fishing opportunities for Brown trout and trophy trout and scenic views.
Reservations and trip details are available through the business's booking channels.
