Wadsworth Falls State Park, located in Middletown, Connecticut, is a picturesque destination featuring dramatic waterfalls, dense forest landscapes, and historical sites. The park is centered around two prominent waterfalls: the Big Falls and the Little Falls, each providing stunning photo opportunities. Covering 285 acres, the park offers a serene natural retreat with a diverse ecosystem comprising oak and maple woodlands, wetlands, and meadows, attracting a variety of bird species and wildlife. Originally developed by Clarence Wadsworth, the estate was later donated to the state.
