Morrow Mountain State Park, located in the Uwharrie Mountain range in central North Carolina, encompasses 4,496 acres of diverse landscapes ranging from forested woodlands to rolling highlands. The park is named for one of its prominent peaks, Morrow Mountain, which rises to an elevation of 936 feet. This park is a haven for those interested in both the natural and cultural history of the region.
