The RSPB Findhorn Bay Reserve is located on the northern shore of the Moray Firth in northeast Scotland, covering a large intertidal and saltmarsh area at the estuary of the River Findhorn. The reserve is internationally significant as a wetland habitat, supporting diverse bird species, especially migratory waders and wildfowl. It offers expansive mudflats, saltmarshes, and reed beds that provide feeding and roosting sites for tens of thousands of birds, including species like oystercatchers, curlews, redshanks, and whooper swans.
