Susúa State Forest, located in the municipalities of Sabana Grande, San Germán, and Yauco in southwestern Puerto Rico, spans over 2,500 acres of verdant tropical rainforest. Established in 1996, this protected area preserves one of the most important watersheds and ecosystems in the region, featuring a diverse range of plant species including native trees, ferns, and orchids, as well as a variety of bird species and other wildlife.
