Lynn Woods Reservation encompasses approximately 2,200 acres of forested land situated in the city of Lynn, Massachusetts. Created in 1881, it is one of the largest municipal parks in the United States. The reservation features rugged hills, deep ravines, and over 30 miles of marked trails that wind through mixed hardwood and evergreen forests, wetlands, and numerous glacial ponds. The area supports diverse wildlife including white-tailed deer, foxes, and many bird species, providing excellent opportunities for wildlife observation. Historically, the area was preserved to protect the watershed supplying drinking water to Lynn.
