WitchPix offers enchanting sets from mystical forests to spellbinding interiors, perfect backdrops for capturing the joy of the occasion. Magical Props Play with whimsical props—wands, brooms, crystal crowns—adding a touch of magic to every frame.

Details

• Check-in and meet staff!
• Personal belongings will be placed in container and moved to on-set storage area.
• Work with dressing room stylist who will guide to finding the perfect costume.
• Photo session with photographer who will pose and direct party throughout the photo session.
• Review completed photo session and order prints and packages with customer service associate.
• Prints and package production is completed within minutes.

Photo Session

• Photographer will guide and direct throughout the photo session.
• Photographer will create a variety of poses to capture on set.
• Each participant will have an opportunity for an individual portrait.
• Depending on number of witches, 30-50 high resolution digital images will be produced on set.
• Images will be taken in both landscape and portrait mode.
• Images will be processed in multiple camera filters in post-production.

Know Before You Go

• Cell phone photography is not allowed in-studio.
• Wearing a tank top (preferably black) is highly recommended for changing into costumes.
• We do not supply wigs, accessories, footwear, or offer makeup application. We offer cosmetics available for purchase in-studio.
• Personal items and costumes can be incorporated into the photo session.
• Infants and young toddlers count as subjects and cannot partake in a photo session alone and must have a participating parent and / or guardian.
• Well behaved animals and / or service dogs count as subjects and cannot partake in a photo session alone. Please note of an animal participating in the photo session in the Comments section upon booking.
• Witch Pix, LLC retains all rights to all photographs taken including use for self-promotion.

Standard Cancellation Policy (Re-Scheduling/time Changes apply)

Most transactions are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Three days (72 hours) advance notice are required for the following: Special Events, Private sessions, Bachelorette, Fri/Sat/Sunday bookings in October. Your payment is non-refundable if advance notification for cancellation is not provided. You may cancel by phone or email message. An email outside our business hours is not considered notice until business hours (like reopening in the morning, with a late-night email). You may process a schedule change by speaking to a staff member at the studio during business hours and within the notice period. The studio can be reached at 978-745-2021. For example, a booking for Saturday April 16, 2022 at 2:30pm would become non-refundable on April 15th at 2:29p EST. For example, a booking for Saturday October 30, 2021 at 2:30pm would become non-refundable on October 27th at 2:29p EST.
