About

This is a unique group sound bath experience where you're floating on a body of water as you listen and feel the sound of Tibetan bowls and other sound instruments radiating sound waves throughout your body.

Imagine yourself gently wrapped by the warmth of the air as you're gently held, swaying and floating on your board. Listening and feeling the ripples of the sound bowls reverberating throughout your body, unwinding where stress has lived and expanding the limits of your body's mobility and mind's perception to places you have not gone before.

Defining Sound Healing & it’s connection to water :

Sound Healing is an ancient therapeutic technique that uses vibrational frequency to restore physical and emotional health. Sound Healing is an intriguing blend of art, science, and spiritual practice. It is a patient, sensitive, and understanding approach towards healing and well-being. By incorporating principles of music therapy and brainwave entrainment, it creates a multi-dimensional healing process that resonates on both a psychological and physiological level. It has been used for centuries to help people in many cultures improve mental clarity, increase energy levels, reduce stress, enhance creativity, and deepen connection with oneself and with others.

I am excited about sharing sound on the water because the basis of all therapeutic sound healing is rooted in water. Our body is made of about 70% water and research shows that when the frequencies emitted by the singing bowls interact with the water in our bodies, profound healing can occur. We know that when energy is unable to flow freely throughout our bodies, we can experience unbalance in all aspects of our life. The effects of a therapeutic sound bath will allow your mind to relax and your body to return to a state of harmony.
