About

Stand Up Paddle Boarding YOGA on the Bohemia River in MD followed by a wine tasting & shared charcuterie board at Broken Spoke Winery! This event begins with an introduction to stand up paddle boarding on land. We then head out on the water for a ten-minute paddle to warm up the body before anchoring down and moving through a mellow yoga flow on the boards. We explore sun salutations, steady poses, and even inversions for the adventurous as we enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The Yoga class concludes with a deep relaxation on the water, with the sound of the water lapping at your board. After our SUP Yoga class enjoy one special wine tasting & shared charcuterie board in Broken Spoke's gorgeous tasting room that's included in your overall price. You can also head over to the big barn after your tasting for live music, wine slushies, food truck, & farm animals! Gorgeous spot to relax, sit back, and enjoy some amazing wine and paddle board yoga!
