About

Your experienced ASI qualified instructor will help you improve your paddle boarding skills; critiquing technique, teaching paddle board specific water-safety, and coaching self and peer rescue.

You’ll have time to relax, make friends and spot wildlife, such as seals, dolphins, gannets and puffins, all while becoming a competent, independent paddler.

We provide all equipment and transport – and to back our ethical mission we use high quality equipment from brands that share our passion for nature and sustainability.

We aim for Progression Sessions to be on the sea at every possible opportunity at stunning locations such as Seacliff Beach, Belhaven Bay and Gullane Bay.

Our highly experienced, ASI qualified instructors are constantly reviewing forecasts and are trained to instruct within a specific remit of weather conditions. And if it’s too choppy out there, we can head inland to a beautiful secluded freshwater reservoir or loch.
