Sunday mornings at 7:15am Pedals & Paddles for 60 blissful minutes of yoga on paddle boards. Use our boards or bring your own. $25 per person includes all equipment. BYO Board $12. Ages 14 and over only. Class is weather-dependent and will be confirmed or canceled by 9 pm the night before the class. There is no better start to your day than being on the water. Wear a bathing suit or workout clothes that you don’t mind getting wet.
