About This Adventure

Experience the ancient art of winemaking at Adega Cartuxa during the grape harvest from September 1 to October 3. Participate in grape selection and stomping, then savor six exquisite wines paired with regional delicacies. Dress in traditional harvest attire for this unforgettable journey through history and flavor.

A Adega Cartuxa promove no seu espaço de Enoturismo, na Quinta de Valbom, um programa exclusivo durante o período de vindimas.

De 01 de Setembro a 03 de outubro, em dois horários exclusivos, 11H00 e 16H00, será possível viajar no tempo e conhecer de perto o processo produtivo na sua forma mais ancestral, participando na escolha da uva e contribuindo na pisa da uva. Num local repleto de história, no fim da experiência terá a prova de 6 vinhos cuidadosamente selecionados acompanhados por uma seleção de petiscos regionais, ou numa opção de oferta mais completa, poderá optar por terminar com uma refeição na Enoteca Cartuxa no centro da cidade de Évora.
