About This Adventure

Experience a unique summer workout with Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) led by PaddleFIT Coach Todd Pollock. This 90-minute class caters to all skill levels, focusing on core strength, balance, and endurance. Learn proper techniques while enjoying the water, with all necessary gear provided for an unforgettable fitness adventure.

Your go-to summer workout! SUP is an amazing exercise for every part of the body, inside and out. Join PaddleFIT Coach Todd Pollock for a well-balanced workout to stretch, strengthen, and build stamina throughout the body. Todd will teach proper SUP stroke technique, endurance paddles, and even fitness-exercises on the paddleboards to help paddlers strengthen their core, balance, and endurance out on the water.

These classes are open to “all levels”.

We provide all the necessary gear for students if needed. If you are bringing your own board and using an inflatable, please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to inflate your board fully for class. All BYOB (bring your own board) participants must have a valid DCNR boat launch permit and life jacket. We provide anchors for ALL participants unless you have your own.

Wear water-friendly, quick-dry clothing

Dress in moisture-wicking fabrics that dry quickly and offer sun protection during your paddle session.

PaddleFit demands stamina—drink plenty of water to maintain performance and recovery.

Bring your own DCNR boat launch permit

BYOB participants must present a valid permit and wear a life jacket to comply with local regulations.
